More concrete being poured in

I've got another update from Bernard a couple of days ago but didn't have time to put it up until now. You can definitely see the progress in this new photo that he's sent in. There are new floor slabs that have been poured in place and more.

Here's what's happened at the site since the last picture…
1) notice the formwork in the northwest corner has greatly expanded, with sheets of black formply covering part of it.
2) another large floor slab has been poured this morning.
3) concrete is being pumped into the lift core foundation for the commercial tower
4) formwork is going up for the residential tower lift core base (it's going to take a *lot* of concrete to tidy up that ragged hole!)
5) it looks like the base of a concrete pumping arm is mounted on top of the hotel lift core formwork.

My favourite part is that the portaloo has been hoisted up by the crane. Hope there is nobody inside when they decide to move it!

In addition to that I noticed that over the weekend the road on the North Quay side was blocked off for a while while a truck with a portable crane arm was doing something. Couldn't tell what was happening at this distance though.
