The fourth crane has been assembled on site

Some great developments last week. The fourth crane is now assembled and a service elevator has been put up next to the hotel lift core. The progress has really accelerated. Check out more detailed updates from Bernard below…
- we have a fourth crane on site! This one doesn't have a jacking frame, like the smaller one in the middle of the site. I presume that will come as the res tower starts to climb;
- the Basement 5 slab has been poured in the NW corner of the site (that would have been the concrete trucks you saw on North Quay over the weekend);
- the first level of walls for the res tower lift core has been poured, and formwork is being removed;
- more column foundations being poured (the Eastern-most of the three large columns at the southern end of the commercial tower is being poured this morning;
- the mystery platform on the northern edge next to Ann St has a transformer on it. You can see lighting on the hotel core formwork is now lit up.

- pouring the second part of the Basement 5 slab around the hotel core
- elevator constructed beside hotel core
- formwork going up for Basement 4 slab in NW corner
- formwork constructed around column base on NE edge of res tower pit
- large circular column was poured yesterday at SE edge of res tower footprint
- concrete edge for the SW side of the res tower pit bottom was poured yesterday. Don't know if they're going to backfill with dirt between that and the lift core or just leave a void
