Updates between 18th April and 22th of April

All three building lift cores are coming up quite quickly now and it looks like the hotel underground floors have finally reached up to the ground level. Below are more detailed updates from Bernard throughout the week…
- It looks like the jacking formwork is being assembled on the residential core this week!
- formwork going up for the loading dock ramp on the far side of the hotel core
- reinforcing being laid for the Basement 6 slab around the commercial core
- prep work for more Basement 7 slabs just south of the commercial core. There's a height difference of 1.4m between parts of Basement 7 midway along the south wall of the commercial core, according to the plans, and you can see reinforcing poking up at the location of the wall
- dirt still being dug out by the long arm excavator in the SE corner

- pouring Basement 7 concrete around the SE corner of the commercial tower
- jacking formwork for res tower core progressing rapidly
- rainwater detention tank walls in NW corner (behind hotel core at top right) were poured yesterday
- formwork going up for loading dock ramp on N side of hotel core
- Basement 6 reinforcing being laid N & W of comm core

- pouring Basement 6 slab around N & W sides of commercial core
- building jacking formwork structure on res core
- digging column foundation holes in SE corner of site, still a lot of dirt & rock piled up there. Perhaps some will be used as backfill around res core lift pit
