Updates between 13th June and 17th of June

All four of the major sub-sites are rolling full steam ahead. Check out the more detailed updates from Bernard below.

14 June -
- the scaffolding has almost completely filled the porte cochere area
- a fair bit of the podium 1 slab has been poured around the hotel core
- it's pretty much complete to ground level in that corner of the site
- a second section of Basement 3 has been poured SW of the commercial core
- Basement 2 formwork going up N & W of commercial core
- dump truck still moving dirt around near the res core
- a column has been poured on the foundation where the old dump truck went for a swim
- more column foundation pits have been dug in the podium area
- it looks like they've been busy digging dirt out of the podium area, the pile appears much smaller than last week
- still no concrete pumping boom on the res core. I suspect this is awaiting the pouring of the Basement 7 slab before they run the pipes over to the core

16 June -
- we have the first Basement 7 slab pour in the podium area!
- Basement 2 formwork going up rapidly N & W of commercial core
- last part of Basement 3 E of commercial core nearly ready to pour
- more column foundation pits dug in podium area
- not much dirt left to be lifted out, still a sizeable pile under the southern loading platform
- little obvious progress on the hotel & res areas, but there's a lot of activity around formwork on the Ann St boundary of the site

17 June -
- concrete was being pumped on the N side of the hotel core this morning. I couldn't see what was being poured
- some safety fences being removed from the NE corner of the hotel area, perhaps to make room for the slabs around the commercial core to catch up (you can see here how thick some parts of the slab are, where it spans the loading dock area)
- Basement 2 formwork still being built between commercial core and hotel area
- Basement 3 slab looks ready to pour E of commercial core
- gravel being placed to go beneath Basement 7 slab around res core
- more columns being poured in podium area and foundation holes being dug
