Updates between 20th June and 24th of June

Here are some updates from Bernard for the past week.

21 June -
- safety cages all gone between the hotel & commercial areas
- lots of Basement 2 formwork up in commercial area
- the last bit of Basement 3 has been completed near the commercial core
- lots of formwork going up over the porte cochere area. Not sure what level this is, will have to check the plans
- lots of spoil has been dug out from beneath the loading platform on the south side
- it looks like there's going to be a strip of concrete poured around the site perimeter near the res core before the rest of the basement 7 slab gets poured there

23 June -
- looks like no work today
- formwork going down for slab above porte cochere
- a level of the hotel core was poured yesterday, as well as the commercial core. Pretty sure there was a pour of the res core on Tuesday afternoon
- Basement 2 formwork 2/3rds done around commercial core
- waterproofing and reo laid around SW edges of site near res core, looks ready to pour Basement 7 slab for that strip
- more column foundations have been dug in podium area
- not much dirt left to dig out from under the southern loading platform

24 June -
- formwork is getting up well above ground level on the Ann St side (I think the big box is for the carpark exhaust risers)
- the res core has climbed another level since yesterday
- pouring concrete around the fire stair and a retaining wall along the height change in the basement 7 level in the podium area. I suspect this will allow them to pour the rest of the basement 7 slab East of that height change someone next week
- still no pour of the basement 7 slab around the SE corner
