Quite a few updates from last week. Check out the details below from Bernard.

14 July -
- reinforcing/tensioning ducts/drainage pipes going in for the podium slab west of the hotel core
- lots of formwork for service risers etc on the Ann St frontage, well above ground level
- columns poured around the commercial core
- commercial core has climbed quite a long way, and is clearly visible from street level on George St
- res core has climbed again
- Basement 7 slab has been poured on South and West sides of res core
- a big section of Basement 7 is being poured now between res core and podium area, with only a small area on north & east sides of res core to go, with gravel spread & geotextile laid over most of it
- looks like the excavators are all gone from the site
- Basement 6 formwork in place for half of podium area, including carpark ramp
- formwork going up for Basement 6 in eastern part of podium area & western side of res core


15 July -
- waterproofing being laid over the last major section of Basement 7 near the res core
- ramp between basements 6 & 7 has been poured in the podium area, first major basement 6 pour looks almost ready to go
- hotel core has climbed another level
