Updates between 28th of November and 2nd of December

Still playing catch up with all the updates. These are from Bernard for the 28th of November to the 2nd of December.

28 November -
- formwork for the next floor of the hotel is progressing rapidly
- podium 3 formwork still going up around the commercial core
- most of the formwork for the porte cochere is now in place, north of the res core
- lots of vertical rebars poking up at the locations of various walls east of the res core
- you can see the location of the upper carpark ramp (which I think services the commercial building carpark) cutting across the podium area, just the other side of the nearest crane
- demolition of the loading platform on the Adelaide St frontage has begun!

29 November -
- still building formwork north of the hotel core
- you can see the formwork shutter in the pink cage has been jacked back away from the poured wall
- formwork being built around the commercial core
- reinforcing going in South-west of the res core
- still finishing the Basement 1 formwork north of the res core
- the small section that stuck out from the Adelaide St loading platform has been completely removed

30 November -
- formwork edge with the wavy profile clearly visible north of the hotel core
- some pretty big cast-in beams between the hotel and commercial cores, judging by the areas with the post-tensioning ducts laid
- still laying reinforcing around the res core for Basement 1
- some scaffolding going up in the podium area, otherwise it just looks like a stockpile area at the moment

1 December -
- setting up reinforcing for columns around the hotel core
- more reinforcing and PT ducts being laid between the hotel and commercial buildings
- scaffolding starting to go up over the commercial foyer area in the northeast corner
- laying reinforcing around the res tower
