Updates between 5th of December and 9th of December

Here's quite a large update from Bernard for the week of the 5th of December. Getting close to catching up with all the updates now, should be up to speed by the end of next week.

5 December -
- prepping for a slab pour north of the hotel core
- pouring the Podium 2 slab between hotel & commercial towers
- scaffolding to support the formwork above the commercial entry foyer
- reinforcing being laid for Basement 1 slab southeast of res core

6 December -
- the slab north of the hotel core has been poured
- scaffolding east of commercial core still going up
- area southeast of res core looks ready to pour
- some wall formwork going up in podium area just behind near crane

7 December -
- scaffolding gradually filling entry foyer area on East side of commercial core
- reinforcing and post tensioning ducts look ready for a pour south west of the commercial core
- reinforcing being laid for the last parts of Basement 1 north of the res core
- looks ready to pour southeast of the res core
- support walls going to for another carpark ramp in the podium area, this one comes off Adelaide St & will be for the commercial building carpark, I think

8 December -
- scaffolding around the hotel tower being built up a level
- columns have been poured
- concrete arm for the commercial core is in use, I think they might be pouring the slab to the south west of that core
- pouring the Basement 1 slab southeast of the res core
- more carpark ramp formwork visible behind the near crane

9 December -
- pouring something on the other side of the hotel core (I suspect support columns)
- pouring the Podium 2 slab southwest of the commercial core
- building formwork north and east of the commercial core
- reinforcing and post-tensioning ducts being laid for the last bit of Basement 1 north of the res core
- scaffolding going up along the Adelaide St side. This is about where the edge of the building footprint will be ( Adelaide St will be widened, and the carpark levels below will be under the footpath and part of the street)
- some formwork going up in the podium area for the wall that will run along that boundary
