A short update from Bernard for the past week…

3 October -
- hotel: L34 just peeking out from under the climbing form. This may be as high as this goes. Glazing complete on North (Ann St) facade up to L23. Looks like the concrete walls facing into the site are just being painted, no cladding.
- office: more scaffolding and formwork S of the lift core than two weeks ago, but not much other progress visible, apart from the safety fencing going up around the perimeter that will climb with the main floor plate construction.
- res: no obvious changes over the last fortnight
- I notice a 'lid' has been placed over the large skylight opening between the hotel & res towers to keep the weather out.

6 October -
- hotel: L31 slab poured to SW, reinforcing being laid to N. Looks like cladding prep to E facing walls.
- office: work on section S of lift core. Appears to be parts of climbing formwork on the slab N of the core, not sure where this is going - perhaps on the southern part of the core?
- still no work on the res tower
