Remaining photos and updates for November 2017

As I mentioned in a previous post I'm going to be reducing the number of updates I post on this blog. Updates will now happen on a monthly basis and will have a new format.

I've got a few more things to share for November, so this is the remainder of the photos that I took and some updates from Bernard as well. Enjoy!

On the North Quay side, a metal structure is taking shape at the ground level. I am assuming this is going to be an entrance of some sort. The balconies are getting glass railings across all three levels too.

Updates from Bernard…

28 November -
- hotel: cladding on the northern part complete up to L20. Formwork being built up on top of the core for what may be the last slab pour. Steel pieces being assembled on the podium level just south west of the tower, may be facade or roof elements
- office: climbing formwork looks mostly complete. The stairs suggest the southern half will always lag the northern half by at least a floor. A new personnel lift being installed to the Ann St frontage.

30 November -
- hotel: looks like L34 formwork is largely complete. Cladding work continuing. I'm wondering if the steelwork being assembled on the podium just south of the hotel is the roof for the lift core.
- office: a large steel frame is being assembled in the NW corner, with reinforcing inside steel tubes and steel beams connecting them. Possibly a mezzanine floor, would need to check the plans.
- blue formwork placed along the Adelaide St frontage. I'm guessing the final bit of slab here will be poured soon.
